EaseMyTrip.us operates as an intermediary and not as a principal service provider. It facilitates travel-related arrangements with third-party vendors, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, consolidators, travel assistance service providers, insurance providers, and activity suppliers (collectively referred to as "Travel Suppliers"). These services include, but are not limited to, air transportation, lodging, and car rentals (each referred to as a "Service Element").
By using this website, you acknowledge that the rates displayed by EaseMyTrip.us and its affiliated companies are the result of negotiations between EaseMyTrip.us and the Travel Suppliers. These rates include fees retained by EaseMyTrip.us for its services, along with applicable taxes and charges. When you make a booking through this website with a Travel Supplier, you authorize EaseMyTrip.us and its affiliates to make reservations or enter into agreements on your behalf with the Travel Suppliers. The total price displayed includes fees, taxes, and charges associated with the services provided by the Travel Suppliers or EaseMyTrip.us.
EaseMyTrip.us is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website, nor for the failure of Travel Suppliers to deliver the services you have booked. This includes, but is not limited to, services provided by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, consolidators, vacation package providers, activity suppliers, travel assistance providers, and insurance companies. EaseMyTrip.us does not endorse, guarantee, or insure the products or services offered by external Travel Suppliers, nor does it assume responsibility for their financial stability or any reimbursement for losses arising from their financial insolvency.
If a Travel Supplier defaults before providing the service you paid for, your sole remedy for a refund will be through the defaulting supplier, any applicable insurance coverage for such defaults, or other responsible third parties. EaseMyTrip.us shall only be held liable for losses caused exclusively by its own actions. In cases of supplier default, you may seek any legal recourse available to you under applicable laws or statutes to obtain a refund directly from the supplier.

Except as explicitly stated herein, EaseMyTrip.us is not responsible for any actions related to travel services that are beyond its control or the control of its employees. EaseMyTrip.us shall not be held liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequences thereof arising from negligence, default, or any other action or inaction by a Travel Supplier. EaseMyTrip.us is not liable for any price fluctuations, changes in schedules, equipment, or accommodations that may occur after a booking and payment have been made. Additionally, EaseMyTrip.us is not responsible for cancellations, overbooking, delays, rerouting, strikes, weather events, or governmental actions that may impact your travel reservations made through us.
EaseMyTrip.us does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the accuracy of depictions related to travel products or services provided by Travel Suppliers, including photographs, listed amenities, ratings, or discounts. EaseMyTrip.us acts as a value-added service provider for retail travel agents and consumers, but it has no control over and assumes no liability for the actions of the Travel Suppliers from whom travel products or services are procured.
EaseMyTrip.us is not responsible for final currency conversions or rates for international travel products and services when payment is made after booking. You acknowledge that currency rates fluctuate and that quoted prices in local currency on the Site are guidelines, not binding commitments.
Certain travel reservations, once booked and paid for, may be completely non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties imposed by the Travel Supplier. Once tickets are issued, cancellation and refund penalties may apply. Printed ticket prices, including those labeled as BT (bulk fare), may differ from the fare collected and can be either lower or higher. EaseMyTrip.us has no control over these discrepancies.
Discounts offered may vary depending on various factors, such as the airline, class of service, destination, travel season (low, mid, or high), advance booking notice, minimum stay requirements, and flight load. EaseMyTrip.us does not guarantee, endorse, validate, or promote the products or services advertised by other advertisers on its Site.
By booking with EaseMyTrip.us, a contract may be formed between you and a Travel Supplier, subject to the additional Terms & Conditions imposed by that Travel Supplier. It is your responsibility to carefully review and comply with these Terms & Conditions. You agree to be bound by the Travel Supplier's rules and restrictions, including payment terms and the use of fares, products, or services. Some Travel Suppliers may require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay or the use of reserved products or services. This deposit is separate from payments made to EaseMyTrip.us for your bookings.
Failure to adhere to a Travel Supplier's rules and restrictions may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to the reserved services, forfeiture of amounts paid, and/or additional charges to your account to cover any costs incurred by EaseMyTrip.us as a result of such violations.
Price Drop Assurance is an optional service that allows EaseMyTrip.us to search for additional savings on the airline ticket(s) you have booked with us. If savings are found, they will be shared with you in the form of an EaseMyTrip.us gift card.
When you opt for the Price Drop Assurance service, we will monitor your exact itinerary (including travel dates, airports, passengers, airlines, and flights) for a 24-hour period after your booking. If we identify savings opportunities, you authorize us to rebook your ticket(s) for the exact same itinerary. The savings will then be credited to you as a gift card, which can be used for future flight bookings on EaseMyTrip.us. A portion of the savings will be retained by us as a rebooking fee for providing this service.
Please note that Price Drop Assurance does not guarantee savings. If we are unable to secure significant savings (typically $30 or more) on your itinerary, your original ticket(s) will remain unchanged, and no additional value will be provided. This service is not available for all itineraries or airlines and will only be offered when applicable.
If your ticket(s) are reissued to reflect savings, you will receive a new confirmation email with updated ticket numbers. We recommend that you avoid purchasing ancillary services such as seat selection or prepaid baggage directly from the airline until the 24-hour search period has concluded. If you have already purchased such services, you will need to contact the airline to request that they associate these services with your new ticket number(s). Please be aware that some airline policies may prevent the transfer or refund of ancillary services, and EaseMyTrip.us cannot guarantee the airline will accommodate these requests.
Additionally, if you use a debit card for this service, please note that your bank may take up to five to seven business days to release funds held for the purchase of your original ticket.
If your original fare is eligible for a full refund (e.g., within 24 hours of booking) or is refundable under its terms, please be aware that by signing up for Price Drop Assurance, you waive the right to request a refund for the original ticket once the rebooking process has begun. Any applicable refund from the original ticket will be applied toward the rebooked ticket and the rebooking fee charged by EaseMyTrip.us. The rebooked ticket(s) will retain the same refund eligibility as the original ticket(s) and will be subject to the airline's terms and conditions, as well as the EaseMyTrip.us Terms and Conditions.

The information and offers provided on the site, including text, graphics, links, and other materials, are presented on an "as is" and "where available" basis. EaseMyTrip.us makes no express or implied representation or warranty to you or any other individual or entity regarding the accuracy, results, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties arising under statute, by law, or through the course of dealings or trade usage, as they relate to the site or any associated materials, products, services, or information.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we, our service providers, or distributors be liable for any damages to your computer equipment, other property, or any loss of data resulting from your access to, use of, or browsing on the site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, videos, audio, or other content from the site or any emails or links sent by EaseMyTrip.us. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost business, or lost savings, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the site, its services or materials, or any travel reservations made through EaseMyTrip.us (whether via the site or the call center). This applies even if the possibility of such damages has been advised.
In any case, the aggregate liability of EaseMyTrip.us, its providers, or distributors shall not exceed the total charges specified in the itinerary linked to any such liability. Any claim or legal action arising from or connected to your use of the site, or purchase of products and/or services from it, must be filed within 180 days from the date the claim arose, action accrued, or the purchase was completed.
Please note that some jurisdictions may not permit the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Your use of this site is entirely at your own risk.
EaseMyTrip.us acts solely as an intermediary or agent for providers of travel-related products and services, including air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, and travel insurance. By promoting, selling, or accepting reservations for these products or services, EaseMyTrip.us assumes no liability for the products and services provided by these third-party providers.
By using the Site, you agree to irrevocably waive any claims against EaseMyTrip.us, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their officers, directors, managers, agents, contractors, or employees. You expressly acknowledge that none of these parties shall be held liable for:

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If a dispute arises, we aim to resolve it promptly, fairly, and cost-effectively. If the issue remains unresolved, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and us—including any of our agents or representatives—arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms & Conditions, or our relationship (each referred to as a "Claim") will be resolved as outlined below or as mutually agreed in writing.
Governing Law and Claims
These Terms & Conditions, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties, will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, excluding its conflict of law principles. Unless prohibited by applicable law, all Claims must be brought within two (2) years from the date the Claim arose or accrued. This time limitation does not apply to residents of New Jersey.

Resolution of Disputes

If you have a dispute or claim against EaseMyTrip.us, you must first give us an opportunity to resolve it by submitting a written description of your claim to +1-925-434-5434 or care@easemytrip.us. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith. Arbitration or court proceedings may only commence if the claim remains unresolved within 60 days of submission and both parties have made a sincere effort to settle the issue.
If no resolution is achieved after 60 days, either party may initiate arbitration or small claims court proceedings.
Small Claims Court
If your claim is eligible for small claims court, you or EaseMyTrip.us may choose to resolve the dispute in a small claims court rather than through arbitration. Claims can be filed in the small claims court of your county of residence or the nearest court to your location. Claims may also be filed in New York County, New York, USA.
If arbitration has already been initiated but you or EaseMyTrip.us opt for small claims court, a written notice must be sent to the opposing party and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to close the arbitration process before the arbitrator is formally appointed. Any dispute over jurisdiction will be resolved by the small claims court, and arbitration will remain closed unless the court rules otherwise.
Arbitration Process
For claims not resolved in small claims court, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration conducted by the AAA (American Arbitration Association). Arbitration is an informal process involving a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury. It follows the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and the AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol (available at www.adr.org/consumer or 1-800-778-7879).
Arbitrator Authority
The arbitrator will have the sole authority to decide jurisdiction, arbitrability, and the interpretation or enforceability of this arbitration clause. Claims deemed outside the scope of arbitration must be pursued exclusively in a Federal or State court located in New York County, New York, USA.
If the arbitrator determines that the provision prohibiting consolidated or class claims is unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause will be void.
Mandatory Arbitration Rules
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking provisional remedies (e.g., temporary restraining orders) from courts in aid of arbitration.
Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court with appropriate jurisdiction.

The prices quoted for your booking include all applicable taxes and fees for airfare, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and activities, unless specified otherwise in your ticket information email or these Terms & Conditions. Additional charges, such as fuel surcharges, security, baggage, seat reservations, and hotel incidentals, may apply and will be charged directly by the relevant Travel Supplier at check-in.
You are responsible for paying these additional charges directly to the Travel Supplier. For inquiries regarding such charges, you must contact the Travel Supplier. The quoted prices do not include liability insurance, collision damage waivers, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, drop-off charges, gas, child safety seats, sky racks, or incidental room charges (e.g., telephone, movies, energy surcharges, and taxes).
These must be paid at the car rental pick-up location and/or hotel check-in counter. Prices also do not cover additional flight fuel surcharges or any surcharges imposed by relevant Travel Suppliers or authorities, which you must pay directly. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card, with a verifiable billing address. EaseMyTrip.us accepts all major credit or debit cards.
By booking, you authorize EaseMyTrip.us and its authorized third parties to charge the total amount of your booking to the credit or debit card you provide. Prior to your travel, we may contact you to complete your payment for your itinerary and/or tickets. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive your payment before your travel date, we may cancel your reservation. You may need to present a valid credit or debit card at check-in for your hotel or car rental.
This serves to confirm authorized card usage and secure additional charges. The cardholder must be one of the travelers listed on your booking.
All offers, prices, and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
If your itinerary includes a stop or ultimate destination in a country other than the departure country, provisions of the "Warsaw Convention" may apply. This treaty governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for death or personal injury to passengers, or loss or damage to baggage.
A reservation is not considered complete until it is confirmed and ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify the billing address and credit card verification number provided by you with the credit or debit card company to ensure accuracy and acceptance of the debit/charge. Until this verification is completed, the fare may be subject to change. We are not responsible for any declined transactions due to issues with the credit or debit card, nor for any changes in fare or charges that arise during the verification process. If the selected fare is unavailable, an approval code may be issued on your credit card. If the transaction is not completed, this approval code may result in a temporary credit from your bank account.
The Site contains links to other websites as a convenience for you or as advertising for other suppliers and vendors, whether related to travel or not. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of any external websites or their privacy policies and other practices. By accessing these external sites, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing their Terms & Conditions. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. If you choose to visit any of these linked websites, you do so at your own risk. It is your responsibility to review their Terms & Conditions and ensure that any links you click or software you download (whether from this Site or other sites) is free from harmful items like viruses, worms, trojans, defects, or malware.
In addition to the charges imposed by each Travel Supplier, EaseMyTrip.us may apply a service fee as outlined below. These fees are charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis and are typically non-refundable.
Any changes made to an existing itinerary are restricted and will be subject to the airline's fare rules, whichever is more restrictive. Most of our suppliers do not allow changes to dates or names after the booking is completed. EaseMyTrip.us does not guarantee and will not be held responsible for any bookings or reservations that are altered by the supplier as a result of a customer's request or due to changes in the supplier's schedule.
Most of our airline tickets, hotels, prepaid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours from booking. Trip protection insurance is refundable within 10 days of purchase, provided travel has not commenced and you have contacted our customer service center to cancel. Cancellations must be done by phone only. Refund requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:
We are unable to provide a specific timeline for how long it may take to process your requested refund. All refund requests are processed in a sequential order. Once you submit your cancellation request to our customer service agent, you will receive an email notification confirming that your request has been received. Please note, this notification does not guarantee that a refund will be issued; it merely acknowledges receipt of your request and provides a tracking number. After receiving your request, we will work with the relevant suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to obtain a waiver based on their policies and inform you of the supplier's decision.
Our service fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are non-refundable. Please be aware that we rely on suppliers to process the requested refunds. Once the refund is approved by the supplier, it may take additional time to reflect on your credit card statement. Typically, suppliers will charge a penalty for refunds. This entire process may take between 60 to 90 days from the time we receive your request until the refund appears on your statement. I
In addition to the suppliers' refund penalties, EaseMyTrip.us may charge a post-ticketing service fee, as applicable. These fees are charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis. They will only apply if the supplier has authorized the refund or granted a waiver and if the supplier's rules allow for refunds. If the supplier does not process the refund, we will refund the post-ticketing service fees associated with your agent-assisted refund request, but not the booking fees for the original travel reservation.
If there is a change in the airfare or any other price adjustment before your payment has been successfully processed and accepted, you will be notified of the change. Upon receiving this notification, you have the right to either accept or decline the transaction. If you choose to decline, no charges will be made.
Our Post-Payment Price Guarantee: Once your payment (credit/debit card) has been successfully processed and accepted, we guarantee to honor the total final quoted price of the airline tickets, regardless of any fluctuations or changes in the price of airfare thereafter.
Credit/Debit Card Payment Terms
If your credit or debit card is declined during the booking process, we will notify you via email within our business hours. In such cases, the booking will not be processed, and the fare or other booking details cannot be guaranteed during such scenarios.
Please be aware that your seat, meal, frequent flyer, and other special requests are considered as requests only. Any service fees charged for making these special requests on your behalf are non-refundable, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. We do not guarantee that you will be assigned the seat(s) you have requested, nor can we ensure that your meal preferences, frequent flyer requests, or other special requests will be honored by the airline. For confirmation, we recommend contacting the airline directly before your scheduled departure date.
If you have excess baggage, you will be required to pay any excess baggage fees imposed by the airline. Most airlines now charge fees for even the first checked bag, so we recommend packing light to minimize these costs. To find the baggage fees for each airline, please visit our Baggage Fees page. Fees range from $15 to $200 or more depending on the size and weight of the bag, and they are charged per checked bag. These fees must be paid directly to the airline when using this service. While we strive to keep the baggage fees table updated, we recommend contacting the airline directly for the most accurate and current fees and policies.
Airlines may occasionally overbook flights, which means there could be instances when a seat is unavailable for a passenger who has a confirmed reservation. Each airline has its own policies for handling overbooking, which are outlined in their contract of carriage. For more information, please check with the airline or contact us directly.
Each airline has its own policies and regulations regarding unaccompanied minors (the age requirement may vary by airline). For accurate information on age restrictions, requirements, and associated fees, please contact the airline directly, as these conditions may change at any time. Some important points to consider are:
All customers are strongly advised to verify the travel documents (transit visa/entry visa) required for the country through which they are transiting and/or entering. Reliable information regarding international travel can be found at www.travel.state.gov, as well as by contacting the consulate or embassy of the country or countries you are visiting or transiting through. EaseMyTrip.us will not be held responsible if the required travel documents are not available and you are denied entry or transit into a country.
Please note that your transaction with EaseMyTrip.us does not guarantee entry into the country of your destination. The traveler acknowledges that EaseMyTrip.us is not responsible for determining the eligibility of passengers to enter or transit through any specific country. Any information provided by EaseMyTrip.us employees should be verified with the relevant government authorities, and such information does not imply any responsibility on EaseMyTrip.us's part.
Upon receiving your ticket confirmation email, please review all details carefully to ensure their accuracy. If you notice any errors in the ticket you purchased, you must notify us immediately, no later than the end of the same day (local time in London, United Kingdom), to allow us to make the necessary corrections. Any error notifications received after this deadline cannot be addressed, and EaseMyTrip will not be held responsible or liable for such errors, unless explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
It is the traveler's responsibility, whether the booking was made online or directly through a customer service agent, to review and confirm all details of the itinerary, including names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing, along with any airport changes. If you notice any discrepancies in your itinerary, you must immediately contact an EaseMyTrip.us customer service agent within 4 hours of completing the booking.
Failure to contact us within the 4-hour window will result in your booking being deemed acceptable as is, and we will not assume any liability for any discrepancies thereafter. It is highly recommended that you review and save your itinerary for future reference.
